Firstly I’d like to introduce myself to you, my name is Jess and I have been working within the animal industry for most of my life. Born on a smallholding I was catching chickens and milking goats from a very young age and I am positive this start in life influenced my career decisions.

At the age of 16 I began the journey which has ultimately led me to where I am just now. I completed a 2 year qualification in animal management thereafter being recruited by the college to stay on and teach the next students all I had learned. At 19 I was offered the opportunity to train and qualify as a veterinary nurse and loved every second of this! I spent nearly 10 years as a qualified Veterinary nurse and specialised in emergency and critical care nursing working in animal emergency hospitals across the country. 

After having my children I took a career break and the idea of Wet Nose and Cosy Toes was born. I realised the time had come to work for myself and use my skills and expertise to help fellow pet owners in our communities.

At Wet Nose and Cosy Toes I aim to provide a variety of much needed services to the community for our furry friends. I offer a home from home boarding service, solo dog walking and home pet visits.
