Terms & Conditions

At Wet Nose & Cosy Toes, your dog is treated like one of the family—safe, loved, and well looked after at all times.

We keep things straightforward: bookings are paid in advance or on the day, and we just ask for as much notice as possible if you need to cancel (same-day walk cancellations are charged as we’ve reserved that space just for you).

Your dog’s health and happiness come first, so we ask that all dogs are vaccinated, microchipped, and fit to be around others where needed. If anything ever happens, we’ll always contact you straight away and act in your dog’s best interest.

Every dog is different, so we work on a flexible, case-by-case basis—whether that’s behaviour, routines, or special requirements. If we ever feel a situation isn’t right for your dog (or others), we’ll always be honest and do what’s best for everyone involved.

In short—reliable care, clear communication, and a proper home-from-home experience.
