Jess
The original founder of the Wet Nose family and Wil's big sister! Working with animals has been her passion and career path since she was 16 years old! Qualifying as a Veterinary nurse in 2010 and spending many years in practice all your furry friends are in very safe hands! After a career break and some soul searching 2023 saw the birth of Wet Nose and Cosy Toes and she hasn't looked back since! As the main face of team Scotland predominantly covering Cardross, Helensburgh, Rhu, Garelochhead and the Peninsula, you will see Jess out in all weathers with your furry friends and then enjoying all of the snuggles and cuddles in her home. Not a kennel in sight just comfy sofas and warm blankets! Designated quiet rooms for the more nervous guest and full on play rooms for the social butterflies! A nice secure garden for lots of outdoor sniffs and plenty of hillsides to go exploring , whether its a quiet retreat or an active playdate every paw is catered for!
Chris
Chris is the very lucky man who gets to share in the Scotland antics being the right hand man and support system for Jess. Chris has had dogs most of his adult life and as a Yorkshireman has a soft spot for a lurcher or two... that being said you can often find him snuggled on the sofa with a small fluffy pup under each arm. Chris often helps out on walks and day to day care of those boarding with us , from feeds , playtime walks and even the dreaded poo pick!
Chris will also be a regular face at the door for drop off and collections and is always happy to welcome you to our home.
Meet The Team - Suffolk
Wil
Wil is the driving force behind Wet Nose & Cosy Toes – Suffolk, providing trusted dog walking, dog boarding, and home dog care across Ipswich, Woodbridge, Rushmere, Playford, Tuddenham, Great Blakenham, and Claydon. Inspired by the original Wet Nose & Cosy Toes in Scotland, he created a reliable, home-from-home service where dogs are genuinely cared for.
With a calm and confident approach, Wil tailors his care to each dog—whether that’s building confidence on walks or offering a safe, comfortable place to stay. You’ll usually find him out walking in all weathers, making sure every dog gets the attention, exercise, and care they deserve.
Rob
Rob has spent the last 12 years patiently supporting Wil’s many ideas and projects, so it’s safe to say he’s very happy this one has stuck.
Having grown up around dogs, with Labradors always part of the family, caring for dogs has always come naturally to him. Behind the scenes, Rob has also played a big role in creating a safe, purpose-built garden space designed with our dog boarding and daycare guests in mind.
You’ll often find him helping at feeding time, taking more nervous dogs out for calm one-to-one walks, or welcoming you at drop-off and collection. A friendly face and a steady presence, Rob is a key part of the care and attention we provide every day.
